Nigel Adams is based in the UK, a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology. Originally having a background within Aerospace and Defense projects including work on underwater weapons technologies, Nigel joined Prolec Ltd in 1988 as the electronic design engineer. At Prolec he progressed through the ranks from design engineer to the position of Engineering Director and was responsible for the R&D, design and project management of the Prolec product range of safety, weighing and machine guidance products and sensors. In January 2010 he started his own company – OnGrade Ltd and is now focusing on bringing his 21 years experience within the construction industry to the latest machine guidance technologies, concentrating on the end user applications and openly endorses the OPA philosophy.
