LIVERMORE, Calif. – October 8, 2009 – For the second time in 2009, Topcon Tierra™, a world leader in remote asset management telematics solutions, has been honored with a major construction industry award. The latest award received was the highly regarded Constructech Magazine’s Silver Vision Award. Earlier this year, Topcon Tierra also won the M2M (Machine to Machine) Value Chain Award for the construction category.
