The project work consists of four (4) S-12 structures. Each S-12 Structure has six spillway gates with operating equipment at least 40 years old. Work at each structure includes replacement of LPG fired, engine driven, gate operating mechanisms with electric motor driven gate operating mechanisms, installation of various electrical and telecommunications hardware to support remote operation of the spillway, construction of a precast concrete control building, and installation of commercial power. Work will be divided by structure into a base and three options. Base period includes Structure 12D, Option A includes Structure 12C, Option B includes Structure 12B and Option C includes Structure 12A. Notice to Contractors: Due to funding, the Government may or may not exercise options. The magnitude of construction is between $5 Million and $10 Million.
