RECOVERY - THIS IS AN AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) ACTION. This is a PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS.

The USDA Forest Service, Eldorado National Forest (hereafter "the Government," "the Forest Service," or "the Eldorado National Forest (NF)"), announces a requirement for rehabilitation/reconstruction at a developed campground and its associated access road. The contractor shall provide all management and project administration services, quality control, logistical support, vehicles, equipment and materials to complete the project on schedule. The work area is located at the Kirkwood Lake Campground, El Dorado County, California.

This acquisition is being advertised as a Woman-Owned Small Business set-aside under FAR Part 19. The estimated construction range of magnitude is $100,000.00 - $250,000.00. Contract period of performance is 75 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The applicable North American Industry Classifications System (NAICS) Code is 237990. The Small Business Administration size standard is $33.5 million. Contractors are required to be registered and active with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) System and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA).
