Scottsdale, AZ — August 12, 2010 — (TSX: HEM) Hemisphere GPS is proud to announce the addition of three new Earthworks dealers to the company’s distribution network. They serve a range of territory including mid-Atlantic and Western States. Each channel partner will represent the Hemisphere GPS Earthworks product portfolio including the X200 excavator machine guidance system.

Hemisphere GPS established agreements with the following North American dealerships:

o        Rocky Mountain Laser is a construction technology dealership specializing in the sale of GPS, machine control and laser systems and will serve Earthworks customers throughout Colorado and Wyoming.

o        Print-O-Stat specializes in the supply of surveying equipment and will represent Earthworks products in eight locations across the mid-Atlantic states including Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, Virginia and West Virginia.

o        Engineering Supply Company, based in Concord, California, specializes in precise positioning and will serve Earthworks customers in Northern California.
