Welcome. With our final newsletter of 2011, we extend our deepest sympathies to editor Randy Noland and his wife Bobbee for the loss of their precious infant daughter, Bonnie Marie, who passed away at home and in her daddy's arms on December 11th. Bonnie was born in September with a rare condition called Pontocerebellar Hypoplasia. The past three months have been very difficult for the family, as little Bonnie spent about seven weeks of her life in the hospital. Randy wrote about the events and thanked all who relayed support and condolences, here. Our hearts and prayers will continue to be with you, Randy and Bobbee and big sister Betsy, during this Christmas season and in the coming year. You have been an inspiration to us all.
Amazingly, in spite of the deep sadness they have experienced, Randy has still found the strength to continue moving forward on issues of technology and machine control. Check out his profile (#5) on Mitra 3D's website, highlighting his ever-growing film production capabilities. Randy produces many of our feature videos, making this recognition all the more exciting.
In this issue we have 2 new articles from our esteemed MCO authors along with a contribution from our friend Larry Trojak. As always, I hope you enjoy this newsletter! Please stay tuned, visiting us often as we update the website daily.
Our concept of Machine Control Online began three years ago with the mission of bringing you the latest in machine automation. No pun intended, but we've just begun to scratch the surface!
Thanks again for your support. We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Cheers to 2012,
Paul F. Hahn
